Vibrant iced energy defined by a dense foam crown and the aromatic punch of coffee. It carries the spirit of Greek afternoons under the sun, with a texture that starts creamy and finishes refreshing. A perfect little ally to wake up the senses with a technical but honest preparation.

Add the instant coffee, white sugar, and a small portion of the water to a shaker. Seal it well before shaking; the coffee belongs in the drink, not on the counter.
Shake hard for 20 to 30 seconds, until the mixture turns foamy, lighter in color, and almost triples in volume. That foam crown is the heart of the frappé.
Divide the ice into tall glasses and pour the coffee foam over it. Add the remaining cold water little by little, letting the foam rise and settle without breaking.
If you want it rounder, add the evaporated milk at the end and stir for just 5 seconds. Serve very cold, with the foam on top and the coffee still clearly present.
Turn what you find into an experience you can actually bring to your kitchen.
