Earthy sweetness defined by the creaminess of terranova and the subtle aroma of vanilla. It is a rustic country refreshment, a drink that nourishes and satisfies with the honest flavor of our land. Thick, chilled, and perfect for reconnecting with nature.

Place the terranova in a medium pot with most of the water and the salt. Simmer gently for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the base looks creamier and loses its raw edge.
Add the chancaca and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more, until it dissolves completely and the mixture smells sweet, earthy, and lightly toasted.
Turn off the heat and let it cool for 8 minutes. Add the evaporated milk, vanilla, and ground cinnamon
Turn what you find into an experience you can actually bring to your kitchen.

Blend the mixture with the remaining water for 45 to 60 seconds, until smooth and drinkable. If you want it finer, strain it; if you like it rustic, keep the body.
Add the ice, blend for 10 seconds more, and serve immediately. It should be cold, creamy, and thick, but still loose enough to drink from a glass without a fight.
