Vibrant acidity and absolute freshness define this Amazonian cremolada. It is an icy hit of real fruit, clean and intense, perfect for cutting through the heat without losing camu camu's sharp character. Crystalline, bold, and carrying the energy of the Peruvian jungle.

Wash the camu camu and press it lightly to open the skin without crushing the seeds. Cover it with part of the very hot water and let it rest for 8 minutes, until the fruit softens and releases color.
Blend the camu camu with its soaking water for 20 to 25 seconds, just to separate pulp and juice. Strain through a fine mesh without crushing the seeds too much; we want clean acidity, not bitterness.
Mix the strained nectar with the remaining water, white sugar, and lemon juice. Stir for 1 minute, until the sugar dissolves and the flavor tastes sharp, sweet, and lively.
Blend the cold nectar with the ice in short
