Herbal sweetness and instant freshness capturing the essence of sun-drenched fields. Guarapo is pure sugar cane turned into a lively, golden, refreshing drink, with a citrus touch that wakes it up without hiding its natural flavor. From cane to glass, direct refreshment with no disguise.

Peel the sugar cane and remove the hard outer layer. Cut it into small 2 to 3 cm pieces; the smaller they are, the better they release juice without overworking the machine.
Blend the sugar cane in batches with the water, just until the fiber breaks down and the liquid looks golden. Do not aim for a smooth purée: we are extracting juice, not dissolving the cane.
Strain while pressing the fiber well to pull out all the juice. If you see too much pulp, pass the liquid through a fine strainer a second time: it should be sweet, clean, and free of rough fibers.
Mix the freshly strained juice with the lime juice and serve immediately over ice. It should taste cold, sweet, herbal, and lightly tangy without hiding the cane flavor.
Turn what you find into an experience you can actually bring to your kitchen.
