A Peruvian cocktail icon defined by its vibrant layers and citrus freshness. It carries a sense of historical pride through three colorful bands that nod to the legacy of the Tahuantinsuyo. A visually striking, balanced, and refreshing drink.

Measure the pisco quebranta, green mint liqueur, grenadine syrup, and orange juice before you start. Have the ice ready: once built, this drink does not wait.
Mix the pisco quebranta with the green mint liqueur for 10 seconds, just until combined. That green layer should be blended before it reaches the glass.
Fill the glass with ice and pour the grenadine syrup into the bottom. Do it directly and without too much movement: that red base needs to stay down.
Add the orange juice
Turn what you find into an experience you can actually bring to your kitchen.

Pour the green pisco quebranta and green mint liqueur mixture just as slowly, letting it fall over the ice so it floats. Finish with the orange and serve very cold, without stirring.
