Balsamic clarity and herbal purity in every warm sip. Eucalyptus unfolds its medicinal freshness, balanced by bright lemon and the softness of honey. An aromatic refuge made to clear the senses and comfort the body. Simple healing, embracing aroma.

Check the eucalyptus and remove very woody stems or dark pieces. Rinse it quickly if dusty, and measure the lemon juice and honey before heating the water.
Heat the water until very hot, but not at a violent boil. If using a pot, turn it off as soon as it starts bubbling; if it boils hard, wait 1 minute before steeping.
Add the eucalyptus to the hot water, cover and steep for 6 to 7 minutes, until the aroma is clear and balsamic. Do not leave it too long: it can turn bitter and harsh.
Strain the infusion and stir in the honey while it is still hot. Add the lemon juice at the end, taste and serve immediately; it should be aromatic, gentle and cleanly bright.
Turn what you find into an experience you can actually bring to your kitchen.
