A chilled, creamy cherimoya drink that highlights the fruit’s natural sweetness and tropical aroma. Blended with water to lighten it up, it turns smooth—almost like dessert in a glass. Clean, quick, and served cold.

Open the cherimoyas, remove the peel, and take out every seed carefully. Keep only the white pulp; if a seed slips through, the blender can turn it bitter and ruin the drink.
Check the pulp with a clean hand or spoon and break up any large pieces. It should be soft and free of tough bits before going into the blender.
Blend the cherimoya pulp with the water, ice, and lemon juice for 45 to 60 seconds, until creamy, cold, and free of heavy lumps. If the fruit is very dense, add a small splash of water only to loosen it.
Serve immediately, well chilled. The drink should be smooth and thick like a drinkable dessert, but still light enough to sip without a spoon.
