A chicken wrap with golden chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy sauce rolled in a wheat tortilla. A practical, light, satisfying option for quick lunches, dinners, or packed meals.

Cut the chicken breast into evenly sized strips and toss with the sweet paprika, black pepper, three quarters of the salt, and two fifths of the lime juice. Rest for 5 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
Turn what you find into an experience you can actually bring to your kitchen.

Slice the romaine lettuce, cut the tomato into strips or small cubes, grate the carrot, and slice the Hass avocado. Keep the lettuce and tomato particularly well drained so they do not soak the tortilla.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in a single layer for 6 to 8 minutes, turning the strips as they brown, until the thickest piece reaches 74°C. Remove from the heat and rest for 2 minutes.
Finely grate the garlic and mix it with the plain yogurt, mayonnaise, remaining lime juice, and remaining salt. Whisk for about 20 seconds, until creamy, smooth, and loose enough to spread in a thin layer.
Wipe the skillet clean and warm the wheat tortillas for 20 to 30 seconds per side, just until warm and flexible. Avoid over-browning because a dry tortilla cracks when rolled.
Spread a thin layer of sauce over each tortilla and divide the chicken, lettuce, tomato, carrot, and avocado down the center. Fold the sides inward first, then roll firmly from the bottom. Serve warm or at room temperature; the wrap should stay compact, fresh, and easy to eat without the filling escaping.
